Andreas Missy joined Santhera on May 1, 2019 as a Program Manager, was thereafter Chief of Staff and was promoted to EVP Corporate Planning & Business Development effective July 1, 2024.

Prior to Santhera, Andreas served as Vice President EMEA of SI Group, a privately held group headquartered in Schenectady, New York (US) with P&L responsibility for the business in EMEA. He was a member of SI Group’s Corporate Executive Committee. Before SI Group, Andreas served in numerous roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals and was Head of Business Finance for Ciba Specialty Group at the time of the takeover by BASF in 2009. He started his career with various roles in finance, transitioning to management of M&A transactions.

Andreas, holds a Master in Business Administration and graduated from the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany in 1990.
