Performance culture @Santhera

Our annual performance management process (PMP) applies to all company positions and is implemented in all the countries in which we operate. At the beginning of each year, employees and managers agree on individual goals together, in line with the corporate goals and business plan.

We expect our employees to take responsibility for delivering their goals and hold them accountable for their performance during the year. At the same time, each of our managers has the responsibility to ensure that employees receive the coaching, resources and support they need to achieve their goals, as well as opportunities to develop inside our organization.

We want our employees to succeed in achieving their goals, but also encourage them to perform above the expectations set and to go the extra mile. At the end of the year, individual performance is evaluated.

External Staffing Agencies or Recruiters

The use of external staffing agencies or recruiters requires prior approval from our Head of Human Resources. The Human Resources Department at Santhera requests that external staffing agencies or recruiters not to contact Santhera employees or members of the Board of Directors directly in an attempt to present candidates.

Submission of unsolicited resumes in advance of an agreement between the Human Resources Department and the external staffing agency or recruiter does not create any implied obligation on the part of Santhera.

Santhera will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than candidates themselves for either current or future positions.
